Marvin L. Pendergrass is an educator, mentor, author, and community leader dedicated to using education as a tool for empowerment and generational impact.

With over 15 years of experience as an educator, Marvin has committed his career to helping students reach their full potential academically, personally, and professionally. His experience working with diverse student populations has shaped his belief that education must go beyond the classroom—it must build confidence, financial awareness, cultural understanding, and leadership.

As the Founder and CEO of Rise The Culture, Marvin created an organization focused on developing scholars, entrepreneurs, and legacy builders through academic support, mentorship, financial education, and community engagement.

A native of the Bronx, New York, Marvin brings a passion for family, faith, culture, and service into everything he does. His mission is simple: to help the next generation rise through knowledge, purpose, and preparation.
